Work at La Coumette
Latest work to be done at the house, includes the new Polytunnel and fencing in garden, Jasmines Bedroom is finally finished.... and work has started on the staircase!

ROCKY the Rooster
Last week we took arrival of Rocky the Rooster, he's settled in just fine with his new ladies! We're hoping to get some broody hens and some little chicks for easter!
Spring Snow in the Pyrenee's
Monday saw one of the heaviest snowfalls we have seen since we have been here in the month of March. The Chickens are less than impressed, Children off school and having fun....daddy too!
1st Day of Training for the Mont Blanc 2010
Just spent the day ski touring with my mate, having had a dump of snow early this week. Climbed up the Pic de l'Escalette (1856m), Starting from the Col de Menthe (1349m) and skied down in virgin snow, blue sky, it doesn't get much better than this! Even the temperature was chilly 8-. Great training for the Mont Blanc.
